Values are what hold together the fabric of civilization; such as honesty, truthfulness, fairness, kindness, generosity, decency and accountability.  These are the values that I was taught as a young girl and have maintained throughout my real estate career.

For the first several years of White/Woodard Realty, P.C., I personally sold over 75% of all sales of the company. After that, I gave customers and clients to my agents because I wanted them to be successful. During all those 32 years I was intricately involved in negotiations between sellers and buyers, solving contract problems, working closely with lenders, closing companies and appraisers. I completed marketing analysis on all properties, designed all marketing brochures and developed all advertising materials.

When you have problems in real estate, I have the experience and knowledge to solve them. Every day is a joy for me to be able to help buyers and sellers with their housing needs.

I will do much more than sell you a house; I will help you make Maury County your new home.

I give you my word you will be extremely happy with my service.

 Personal Info:
My husband, Robert W. Woodard and I moved to Columbia, TN in 1981. He was manager of United Cities Gas Company/Atmos Energy. I have moved eight times for my husband's job so I know what it is to leave friends and move across the country. Robert passed away in July 2007. We had been married for 42 years. I have one dog named Teddy. I went to a one room school house until I was in the 8th grade. At that time, all of our small walk-to county schools were closed and we were all bussed into one larger school.
